Catherine Glosser of Conneaut is the winner of the February 2025 Raffle Giveaway. Catherine entered the service through the Women’s Army Corps (WAC), serving in the military intelligence field in the Army Security Agency (ASA). She is a Vietnam Era Veteran, having served from January 1972 - November 1976. It was during her service that the WAC was disbanded, making the Army a co-ed force.  Most of her service took place in the European Theater of Operations.

Catherine is a retired law enforcement officer out of the state of New Hampshire. She moved back to Ashtabula County in 2006 to take care of family. Since moving home, she has been an active member of her community. Currently, she is the Quartermaster for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2836 in Conneaut. Catherine also spends a lot of time providing assistance with specialty groups within the community.
